Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tudorandev.ro and provide general legal and consumer information regarding the iOS, iPadOS, and macOS applications published by TUDORAN TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. ("Company", "the studio").
1. Company Identification (Law no. 365/2002)

Fiscal Registration Code (CUI): 51792746
Trade Register Number (Nr. Reg. Com.): J2025034640000
Sediu social: Jud. Brașov, Municipiul Brașov, Str. Nicolae Iorga, Nr. 1, Oficiul Poștal Brașov 1, CP 8, România

2. Application Licensing & Apple Standard EULA
All iOS, iPadOS, and macOS applications are distributed exclusively through the official Apple App Store. Unless a separate custom license agreement is explicitly provided with a specific application, your license to download and use each application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Licensed Application End User License Agreement"): Apple Standard EULA.
These website Terms supplement, and do not replace, the applicable App Store EULA and the product-specific disclosures presented within each application's App Store listing.
3. Purchases, Subscriptions & Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Certain applications may offer paid downloads, one-time in-app purchases, or auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store:
- Pricing & Pre-Contract Information: The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, and any promotional or free-trial terms are displayed directly in the App Store purchase sheet prior to confirmation.
- Billing & Auto-Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple Account by Apple at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account Settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS/iPadOS, or System Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases on macOS).
- Refunds & Statutory Right of Withdrawal (OUG no. 34/2014): Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to the statutory rules and exceptions applicable to digital content supplied without a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal. Because all App Store transactions are processed directly by Apple as merchant of record, withdrawal and refund requests for App Store purchases are submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights
All original software code, visual interfaces, graphics, branding, and documentation provided by TUDORAN TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. across this website and all published applications are owned by or validly licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Third-party software libraries, open-source components, fonts, or icons included in the applications or website remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders and are used in accordance with their applicable open-source or commercial licenses, which are acknowledged inside the respective application documentation. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, iCloud, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
5. Mandatory Consumer Rights & Limitation of Liability
Mandatory Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, statutory conformity guarantees, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights and statutory conformity remedies for digital content and digital services under Romanian Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 141/2021 and applicable European Union law.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and strictly subject to the Mandatory Consumer Rights paragraph above, TUDORAN TECHNOLOGY & DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or business damages arising from the use of this website or its applications. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
6. Governing Law & Consumer Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable directly binding regulations of the European Union. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
In the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved amicably by reaching out directly to [email protected], consumers in Romania may turn to the alternative dispute resolution mechanism operated by the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC — Direcția de Soluționare Alternativă a Litigiilor / SAL):
